Japanese Tea House
One of our favourite customers has worked for years to build understanding of Japanese culture in Australia. She has two traditional tea houses in the grounds of her home where she teaches the Tea Ceremony.
The older of the two was looking a little worse for wear and we were asked to install a new floor in it. We ended up taking all the walls down, laying a new floor and the rebuilding the kitchen area.
After the rebuild was finished, we renovated the surrounding area and gardens.
House Extension
We were asked to work on a house extension in Seaforth. The work involved some carpentry, assisting with two concrete slab pours and a large amount of bricklaying - both remedial and new. The entire floor had in-concrete insulation and water based heating installed.
Bricklaying is one of our specialites - with over 20 years experience we can take on the trickiest builds.
The anwer is "Yes.

Laundry Area
A block of apartments in Chatswood had a large tree branch fall onto their laundry drying area. When we inspected the job we also discovered that the supporting posts were just about rotten through. We therefore suggest a complete knock down rebuild using galvanised steel posts and hardwood.
When the build was complete we treated and scrbbbed the hardwood rails and slats to prevent leaching of colour and then we pressure washed the entire area.
